What Rosie’s Reinvention Retreat Taught Us About the Power of Women Coming Together
There are some days that stay with you long after they end.
Rosie's Reinvention Retreat at the beautiful Corinthia London was one of those days.
When we founded NAIA Beach, we wanted to create more than swimwear and activewear, We wanted to build a community where women could feel seen, supported and inspired through every stage of life. Spending the day alongside Rosie Nixon and so many incredible women reminded us exactly why that mission matters.
The conversations we shared, the stories we heard and the connections we made will stay with us for a long time.
Throughout the day we explored something that so many women experience but rarely talk about openly, the impact that constantly being "on" has on our bodies and minds. Whether it's juggling careers, family, relationships or simply the pressures of everyday life, many of us have become experts at pushing through. This retreat gave us permission to pause.
From Nahid de Belgeonne's beautiful somatic movement session to the thoughtful discussions led by Abigail Iquo Isuo and Jade Adams around emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and the mind-body connection, every session offered practical tools alongside powerful moments of reflection.
But what resonated most wasn't just the expert guidance.
It was the women in the room.
Women sharing their experiences with honesty. Women supporting complete strangers. Women finding comfort in discovering they weren't alone. It was a reminder that community is one of the most powerful forms of self-care we can give ourselves.
Rosie has always embodied everything we believe NAIA Beach stands for. Her openness, warmth and commitment to helping women navigate life with confidence created a space where vulnerability felt safe and connection came naturally.
As founders, we left feeling deeply inspired, not only by our speakers but by every single woman who joined us. Thank you for your courage, your honesty and your willingness to show up exactly as you are.
At NAIA Beach, we'll continue championing women's wellness, encouraging conversations around wellbeing, and creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and each other.
Because looking after ourselves isn't a luxury.
It's the foundation that allows us to keep showing up for the lives we love.
