We hope you are completely satisfied with your NAIA purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to:

• 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Mainland UK & Northern Ireland).
• 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Outside Mainland UK, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels and hygiene strips intact.

Please obtain proof of postage with tracking. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.

• Swimwear Hygiene Fee: £2.50
• Total Swimwear Return Cost: £7.50

For Returns from outside of the UK you may choose to self-post your return. Please note that items remain your property until received by Naia Beach. Please ensure you use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund is issued.

Write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your parcel and shipping invoice, stating zero value for each item.
If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied by the relevant customs authorities and will be deducted from your refund.
