SHIPPING & DELIVERY – UK
If your order is placed before 1pm it should be processed and dispatched the same day. We cannot amend your order once it has been dispatched. Please check your confirmation email detail carefully.
UK orders selected for a next day delivery service must be placed before 1pm. The next day delivery service is for the next working day. Therefore if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday the item will be dispatched Monday.
Please note: For Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands next day delivery is not possible.
UK orders selected with standard shipping ( or 48 hour ) take 2-3 days to be delivered from dispatch date.
Please note : we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping times for Europe and the Rest of the World vary by destination: estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
Orders shipped to Europe and the USA are inclusive of all duties and taxes. No additional charges will be payable upon delivery beyond the final amount paid at checkout.
Orders shipped outside of UK, Europe and the USA may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order for information on any potential charges.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays with third-party courier services or customs processing.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
