Tess & Gayle at John Lewis Oxford Street: Celebrating Our Exclusive NAIA Collection

What an unforgettable day we had at the iconic John Lewis Oxford Street flagship store.
There really is something special about walking through the doors of one of the UK's most famous department stores, and to be there talking all things NAIA made it even more memorable.
We had the pleasure of joining the lovely Lucy, one of the fantastic John Lewis Personal Stylists, for a conversation about everything NAIA. We shared how the brand first came to life, the friendship that inspired us to start the business, and how that friendship continues to be at the heart of everything we create today.
We also chatted about our favourite pieces from the current collection and why they've become such wardrobe staples. Hearing customers tell us that these are the styles they reach for time and time again is the greatest compliment we could ever receive.
One of the biggest highlights was talking about our exclusive collaboration with John Lewis Partnership this season. Working alongside the incredible JLP team, we've created a beautiful capsule collection featuring an exclusive diamond print in the most gorgeous shade of aqua.
The collection showcases some of our bestselling silhouettes—pieces our customers know, love and trust. Seeing these familiar styles, now reimagined in our exclusive print and displayed in the flagship John Lewis Oxford Street store, was a genuine pinch-me moment. Moments like these remind us just how far NAIA has come.
Our partnership with John Lewis Partnership means more to us than words can say. John Lewis has believed in NAIA from the very beginning, supporting our journey from those early days through to where we are today. For that, we are eternally grateful.

We know that for so many of our customers, John Lewis is the place to try before you buy. Being able to see the collections in person, feel the beautiful fabrics, try on different styles and receive expert styling advice from the wonderful in-store teams is such an important part of the NAIA experience. That's why having our collections available in John Lewis stores across the country means so much to us.
Of course, we have to mention the weather! London was a scorching 35°C, but thankfully the event space inside John Lewis was beautifully cool. Despite the heat outside, the entire JLP team went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Every detail had been thought through, and we were looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
A heartfelt thank you to Lucy for hosting such a wonderful conversation and to every single member of the John Lewis Partnership team. Your warmth, professionalism and unwavering support made the day so enjoyable, and we're incredibly grateful for everything you do.
