• Self-tan, sun lotion, oils and chlorine can cause discoloration, this is not a fault with the product.

• The best dyes are used, but complete colour fastness cannot be guaranteed for some fashion colours.
  
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pilling.
  
• All NAIA swimwear comes in a reusable, pouch which is perfect for storing your swimwear.

Mainland UK

• UK orders selected for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday.
• Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday (excluding public holidays).
• UK orders selected with Standard Shipping (48 hour service) take approximately 2–3 days to be delivered from the dispatch date.

Northern Ireland

Next day delivery is currently unavailable.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to ensure you are aware of any additional costs.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your NAIA purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to:

• 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Mainland UK & Northern Ireland)
• 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Outside of UK mainland, including Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Scottish Highlands & Islands / Scilly Isles)

If you return items outside of our returns period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels and hygiene strips intact. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying your items on. Please be mindful of lighter coloured garments when trying on. We cannot issue refunds for stock that is soiled or marked in any way.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

It is imperative for all returns that the customer obtains proof of postage with a tracking number. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and we are unable to transfer funds to any alternative accounts or payment methods. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland

• All refunds carry a postage charge
• £5.00 – Royal Mail tracked return postage
• Swimwear returns also carry a hygiene re-processing fee of £2.50 (Total returns cost of swimwear £7.50)

Invoice instructions: Clearly write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on the back of your parcel and shipping invoice alongside each item in the parcel and state zero value.
