How to measure
Hint: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your underwear.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and
around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear
your pants. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and
your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar trouser that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch
to the hem.
Tip: If you are 5'4" or under, we recommend trying 7/8 as full length.

Swimwear
- Rise after wearing
- Hand wash separately in cold water using mild detergent
- Do not leave folded whilst wet
- Drip dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.
- Self-tan, sun lotion, oils and chlorine can cause discoloration, this is not a fault with the product.
- Some colours may fade in sunlight.
- The best dyes are used, but complete colour fastness cannot be guaranteed for some fashion colours.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pilling.
- All NAIA swimwear comes in a reusable, pouch which is perfect for storing your swimwear.
Beachwear
- Please check care label before washing, some items are hand wash only.
- Dry away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Reshape while damp.
- Self-tan, sun lotion, oils and chlorine can cause discolouration, this is not a fault with the product.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Mainland UK
- UK orders selected for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday (excluding public holidays).
- UK orders selected with Standard Shipping (48 hour service) take approximately 2–3 days to be delivered from the dispatch date.
Northern Ireland
Next day delivery is currently unavailable.
Outside of UK Mainland

Returns
Returns Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your NAIA purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to:
- 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Mainland UK & Northern Ireland).
- 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund (Outside Mainland UK, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels and hygiene strips intact.
Please obtain proof of postage with tracking. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
UK Returns
- Royal Mail Tracked Return: £5.00
- Swimwear Hygiene Fee: £2.50
- Total Swimwear Return Cost: £7.50
International Returns
For Returns from outside of the UK you may choose to self-post your return. Please note that items remain your property until received by Naia Beach. Please ensure you use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund is issued.

Write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your parcel and shipping invoice, stating zero value for each item.
If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied by the relevant customs authorities and will be deducted from your refund.
