Returns Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your NAIA purchase. However, you may return an item within:
- 14 days from delivery (Mainland UK & Northern Ireland).
- 21 days from delivery (Outside Mainland UK, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels and hygiene strips intact.
Please obtain proof of postage with tracking. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
UK Returns
- Royal Mail Tracked Return: £5.00
- Swimwear Hygiene Fee: £2.50
- Total Swimwear Return Cost: £7.50
International Returns

Write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your parcel and shipping invoice, stating zero value for each item.
