What a morning. The launch of NAIA Active, at the V Health Club, Mayfair marked more than a collection debut — it was a celebration of movement, community, and honouring the body exactly as it is.

Bringing together press, celebrities, influential women in sport, and our incredible #NAIAWoman community, the room was alive with friendship, positivity, and connection. From the first hello to the final stretch, the energy was unmistakable.

Our Queen of Fitness and friend of NAIA, Caroline Idiens (@carolinescircuits) led the launch workout — an empowering, high-energy session that perfectly embodied the NAIA Active philosophy.

Strong yet inclusive. Energising yet grounding. The workout was designed for real bodies and real lives, mirroring the collection itself. As guests moved, stretched, and laughed together, NAIA Active proved exactly what it was created to do: support, sculpt softly, and move effortlessly with the body.
